From this space, you have direct access to both a balcony and a terrace, where you can enjoy sweeping views of the ski run and the surrounding countryside. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm, while the remaining 2 bedrooms each contain 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The bathroom facilities consist of a bath with WC, a separate shower with WC, and an additional separate WC, providing ample convenience for all guests. The open-plan kitchen flows naturally into the dining area and is fitted with a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, with Nespresso capsules available at an extra charge.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
