The upper floor is characterized by charming sloping ceilings and houses all 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a double room featuring 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private bath and WC. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom offers 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with access to a north-facing balcony. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

The Appartment is clean and well equipped. Nice kitchen with all utensils needed. It is located close to the wüstiboden station of the red bus line, 2 stops to the furi ski lift. The Appartment is located 10 Minutes by foot above the city center and lift station, quite an incline, not a problem if you are fit, but for older folks probably tough. We usually walked back after skiing, leaving our skis for 2 frank at the lift station. Overall we had a great stay. Nice Appartment! Recommended!
