The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and features 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for couples or small families. The open-plan living and dining area is thoughtfully arranged with a double sofabed measuring 155 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a dining table, and direct access to the large west-facing balcony, which offers very beautiful views of the mountains. The 1 double bedroom is furnished with a double bed consisting of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from its own exit to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the balcony as well and includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment features a bath with WC and a separate shower with WC, providing 2 well-appointed bathrooms for the comfort of all guests. Balcony furniture is provided, allowing guests to fully enjoy the outdoor space and the surrounding mountain scenery.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
