70 km northwest of Imatra, lake Saimaa / Hätinvirta 30 m, gravel / stone beach, partly sand bottom, own boat and pier.

Wooden villa, built in 2017, kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom with double bed, utility room, washroom with 2 showers, sauna (electric stove) separate toilet, large terrace area. Upstairs, second bedroom with 2 beds, third bedroom with 1 bed (120 cm wide) and 1 extra bed place (mattress), sofa bed in the lobby with 2 extra beds.

In the villa there is mechanical ventilation, air source heat pump and 100 MB wireless internet. On the beach there is a barbecue hut and beach volleyball court.

Lakeshore sauna, built in 2004, 25 m², with big fireplace room, minikitchen, 2 alternative beds in summer time. In the sauna there is a wood stove, no running water (water has to be carried), covered terrace.

Available from the owner only by prior arrangement: cot, highchair and potty.
This spacious rental villa is located on a spacious slope plot along the waterway. From the large terrace it is nice to follow the passage of the ships. In the big yard there are space for many games and plays, in the sand field you can play volleyball, badminton or beach volleyball. This villa is located in Island Niinisaari, where there is a 24-hour ferry connection throughout the year (ferry trip only 150 m).

By seaparate agreement / payment owner rents a outboard motor for the rowboat or Buster with a 20 hp engine.
