Partly with sloping ceilings, cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: large living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, dining nook and satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 open children's room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 180 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the loggia. Wooden floors. Terrace partly roofed, patio. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

An sich nettes Häuschen. Der Pflegezustand war jedoch bei unserem Aufenthalt kritisch. Schimmel in der Küche, Matratzen völlig durchgelegen (wir hatten nach einer Woche Rückenschmerzen und das Doppelbett ist ein 140cm-Bett). Auch das Babybett war speckig und die vorhandene Bettwäsche (Bezug) hat hier nicht auf die Matratze gepasst. Das zweite Zimmer ist ein reines Durchgangszimmer ins Elternschlafzimmer und kann auch nicht durch eine Tür oder ähnliches vom Wohnraum im EG abgetrennt werden. Besteck und Töpfe etc. mussten wir erstmal selbst reinigen und konnten einiges davon auch nicht mehr nutzen. Ebenfalls mussten wir die Fernsehprogramme erst selbst wieder programmieren sowie das Sofa von Tierhaaren reinigen. Wir empfehlen das Haus nicht weiter. Vorteilhaft waren allerdings die ruhige abgelegene Lage, der schöne Außenbereich mit Spielwiese und gemauerten Grill sowie freundliche Nachbarn.
