The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, features an entrance hall and 2 generously sized bedrooms. The first is a large room of 28 m2 containing 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to a balcony. The second bedroom is also fitted with 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and equally benefits from its own balcony access. Both bedrooms on this floor share a separate WC accessible directly from each room via individual entrance doors. The property offers a total of 2 balconies of 12 m2, an additional balcony of 3 m2, and a partly roofed terrace of 32 m2, all enjoying views of the swimming pool and the surrounding countryside.
