the boat house has a beautiful panoramic view. It is located in the in
the living archipelago community of Skärhamn on the west side of Tjörn.


This is a perfect holiday home for a family or companies with high
demands on location and comfort. There are several pleasant outdoor
patios where you can relax and enjoy your holiday and the wonderful
setting.

The holiday home has two floors; on the ground floor you will find a
modern kitchen, a spacious living room with TV corner and a beautiful
dining area, along with an exit to a lovely patio with protecting roof
and outdoor furniture. There is also a bathroom equipped with shower, WC
and a laundry.


While on the upper floor there are three bright bedrooms, whereof one
has an exit towards a balcony with outdoor furniture.

There is an additional bathroom on the upper floor with tub and WC.


Next to the holiday home you can find a private boathouse with bridge
only 50m away, where you will probably sit and enjoy the majority of
your holiday. Here you can enjoy the lovely panoramic view over the west
sea or the rich boat life in first hand, start the day with a morning
swim and later you can have a delicious “smorgasbord” with seafood.


In the well decorated boathouse you can find a comfy sofa along with a
dinner table and a stair ladder to the spacious loft with two beds
without bed legs (only one is on picture). The loft is not suitable for
smaller children. Please be ware of charging of electric cars are totally forbidden by using the electric power at the house.


Only 400m from the child friendly bathing spot of Tubbevikens where
there are cliffs, beach and a bridge. Here you can play in the sand and
fish for crabs. Skärhamn has a rich entertainment- and culture life. The
most famous is the Nordic watercolor museum which is a centre for
contemporary art. You are also close to all other kinds of service along
with several pleasant restaurants, shops and stores.
