A further shower room with bidet and WC is also available on this floor for shared use. The fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor includes 5 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for comfortable self-catering. On the upper floor, an open gallery with sloping ceilings leads to a third bedroom, also featuring sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 120 to 220 cm. This room is furnished with 2 beds, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. The upper floor also opens onto a generous furnished terrace of 20m2, offering a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.
