Also on the ground floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning. The first of these bedrooms benefits from a private en-suite bathroom complete with a shower, bidet, and WC, while the second bedroom offers direct access to the garden. A further shower room with bidet and WC is also available on this floor for shared use. The fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor includes 5 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for comfortable self-catering. On the upper floor, an open gallery with sloping ceilings leads to a third bedroom, also featuring sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 120 to 220 cm. This room is furnished with 2 beds, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. The upper floor also opens onto a generous furnished terrace of 20m2, offering a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
