Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom featuring a ceiling height of 240 cm and a window positioned high on the wall, accompanied by a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, and WC. This bedroom also benefits from an independent entrance accessible from a small loggia that houses an old wood burning oven.
The upper floor is a mezzanine level reached by 6 steps and contains an additional double bedroom. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Wir waren im September dort. Wir hatten traumhaftes Wetter und die Villa Buche ist wunderschön gelegen. Wir sind sehr nett aufgenommen worden, alle Hunde haben sich sehr gut vertragen, der Wein und das Olivenöl ist sehr lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Es war alles sehr schön - einziges Manko war der Sandweg der vom Regen sehr ausgewaschen ist und mit einem Auto unangenehm zu fahren ist. Deshalb ein Stern Abzug
