For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Loto een mooi appartement, wel onduidelijkheid over het koffiezetapparaat. Dit bleek een waterkoker te zijn. Geen goede messen aanwezig om iets goed te snijden. Verzorging was goed en de drukke weg was binnen niet te horen. Zwembad goed verzorgt zoals de omgeving. WIFI was niet echt goed je wordt er vaak uit gegooid als er veel mensen op zitten. Ook was dat niet dan was het ontvangst ook niet altijd goed van de WIFI.

Abbiamo deciso di passare il ponte dell'immacolata insieme ad altre 2 famiglie con bambini piccoli e ragazzi, in totale eravamo 6 adulti 3 ragazzi e 3 bambini, siamo arrivati il giorno dell'immacolata e siamo stati accolti da una signora molta gentile (Daniela) che ci ha permesso di entrare in anticipo dandoci la possibilità di non perdere tutta la giornata.Abbiamo occupato 3 appartamenti veramente deliziosi e arredati con cura, la struttura si trova in una zona molto comoda per far visita a diversi luoghi special,(parco Pinocchio, Lucca, Pisa ecc..), all'interno do ognuno tutte le comodità. Consiglio il soggiorno in particolare alle famiglie con bambini.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We decided to spend here some days in December along with 2 other families with young children and teenagers, in total we were 6 adults 3 teens and 3 children. We arrived on December 8, a bank day and we were greeted by a very kind lady (Daniela) who allowed us to come in early giving us the chance not to lose the whole day. We have occupied 3 apartments that are really delicious and furnished with care. The complex is located in a very convenient area to visit different special places (Pinocchio park, Lucca, Pisa etc ..). Internally each unit has all the comforts. I recommend the stay especially for families with children.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
We enjoyed the comfort of the apartment and the nice environment. The holiday home was very clean and there were lot of facilities we could use like the washing machine, the BBQ , table tennis, swimming pool. The host provided us with various tips and information about cities to visit.

Casa nueva, acogedora, muy muy limpia, con una cama comodísima y con buen aislamiento sonoro del exterior. Zona comunitaria excelente, amplia y con piscina.
