This level also includes 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a shower with WC, and a double hand-basin. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, with a further exit leading to the garden.

On the upper floor, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms. The first features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The second is appointed with a single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom is equipped with 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with 1 pull-out bed, making it particularly well suited for younger guests. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Hemos disfrutado de unos días en Bretaña gracias a la estancia en esta casa, desde la que es fácil desplazarse a todos los sitios.
En general es cómoda aunque le faltan más uniformidad en vajilla y cristalería y sartenes y cacerolas pequeñas. Por lo demás genial todo y un 10 a la organización. Flor
