Nearest skiing lift to West Ruka is opposite side of lake Talvijärvi (distance ca. 500 m). Skiing lift operates usually before Christmas. Pier, good access to swim. Shared barbecue area on shore (limited number of firewood can be found from apartment stock).

Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
