- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19. The apartment was overall good.. and as described with simple furnishings. The location was quite and surrounded by nature. There are two bedrooms with cupboards and two baths. However, the beds were not comfortable and the cleaning of the apartment needs serious improvement as the apartment is full of spider webs.
