A well-equipped kitchen with a dining table is also located on this level, along with a separate WC. The upper floor hosts 3 bedrooms, each furnished with 2 beds, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. A shower and WC are also situated on the upper floor, bringing the total to 1 bathroom with shower facilities in addition to the separate WC on the lower level. Wooden floors run throughout the property, and the apartment enjoys a partial view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwa 1km vom Skigebiet Sedrun/Andermatt enfernt, die Loipe ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr niedrig aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr eng. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war keine persönliche Betreung zugegen, es lief alles sehr anonym. Zudem gibt es keinen Parkplatz. Auch hätten wir uns einen WLAN Zugang gewünscht um Wetter, Lawinenbericht, Liftpreise, Fahrpläne usw. kostengünstig abrufen zu können. Den nicht vorhandenen Fernseher haben wir nicht vermisst.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The accommodation is about 1 km from the Sedrun / Andermatt ski area, the cross-country ski trail is easily accessible on foot in 5 minutes.
The rooms are very small but comfortably furnished. The bedrooms are very tight. The kitchen is well equipped. During our stay there was no personal care, everything was very anonymous. There is also no parking space. We would also have liked to have WiFi access so that we could call up the weather, avalanche reports, lift prices, timetables, etc. at low cost. We didn't miss the non-existent television.
