An additional grill hut is available to rent at a supplementary cost, providing a wonderful space for traditional outdoor cooking with a gas-fired grill. Please note that the grill hut must be booked for the same number of days as the cottage reservation, and guests are responsible for cleaning the grill hut themselves at the end of their stay. The cottage is heated, and the on-site sauna with an electric stove is available for your enjoyment throughout your stay. A garage is included with the property, offering convenient and secure parking for your vehicle.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
