The villa is equipped with a geothermal heating system and mechanical ventilation, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year. Wireless internet connectivity is available throughout the property, keeping you seamlessly connected during your stay. During the summer season, from 1 June to 30 August, a separate yard cottage of 40 square metres is also available on the premises, bringing the total sleeping capacity to 10 persons. Outside of the summer period, the maximum occupancy of the property is 6 persons.

The outdoor spaces of this lakeside villa are among its most compelling features, offering an extensive terrace area ideal for relaxing, dining, and entertaining. The property sits just 30 metres from Lake Karhijärvi, a magnificent body of water stretching 12 kilometres in length and 4 kilometres in width, with a low sloping sandy bottom and deeper mud sections further out. A sturdy pier with a table extends over the water, providing the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening sunset, while a private rowboat is available for your use, inviting you to explore the lake at your leisure. At the beach, a dedicated campfire place creates a wonderful setting for evening gatherings, complemented by a gas grill and a smoker for outdoor cooking. 2 SUP boards are also available, offering an engaging way to enjoy the calm waters of the lake. The terrace area features a wood-fired hot tub, available for an additional fee, which must be heated by the guest and is best reserved in advance. An outdoor hydro massage bath is also available for rent at an additional cost, subject to availability and prior arrangement with the owner. The yard cottage, accessible exclusively during the summer period from 1 June to 30 August, is set within the grounds and contains outdoor games and board games, making it a versatile space for leisure and entertainment.

The yard cottage, available only from 1 June to 30 August, spans 40 square metres and features 2 alcoves, each separated by a curtain door and furnished with a double bed, a sofa, and an electric radiator. Please note that the cottage has no running water. Pets are permitted on the property exclusively within the yard cottage, with a maximum of 3 dogs allowed. It is mandatory to inform the owner of the presence of dogs in the reservation details at the time of booking. Pets are strictly not permitted inside the main villa under any circumstances. During the summer season, if a reservation is made for the full capacity of 10 persons, the exact number of guests must be clearly indicated in the booking details, as the maximum of 10 persons cannot be exceeded. The wood-fired hot tub located on the terrace is available for an additional fee and is heated by the client. The outdoor hydro massage bath is also available for rent at an additional fee, with all other pricing to be confirmed directly with the owner. Payment for these additional services is made directly to the owner in cash, in exact amounts, on site. It is strongly recommended to reserve the hot tub in advance to ensure availability during your stay.
