Guests have exclusive access to a private jetty, which serves as the designated area for swimming, as well as a private boat, inviting you to explore the lake at your own pace. The terrace provides a welcoming outdoor space where you can relax and take in the surrounding natural landscape, with the tranquil sounds of the water and the forest creating an atmosphere of complete serenity.

The cottage is equipped with a traditional wood-heated sauna stove, offering an authentic Finnish sauna experience that is central to the character of the property. The washing room and changing room are conveniently located to support the sauna ritual and everyday comfort during your stay. Please note that swimming is permitted exclusively from the private jetty, given the deep and rocky nature of the lakebed along the shoreline.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
