A sleeping alcove on this level provides additional sleeping arrangements in the form of 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The kitchenette is fully equipped for self-catering stays, and a shower room with WC completes the ground-level layout. On the upper floor, a private room houses a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a full bathroom with bath and WC. This upper level also benefits from its own access to the terrace. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including the alcove, are situated within open-plan spaces rather than enclosed rooms.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
