The apartment is described as spacious and bright, featuring tasteful and comfortable furnishings throughout, with parquet floors adding a warm and elegant touch to every room.
The heart of the living space is a generous open-plan living and dining area of 50 m2, bathed in natural light through a panoramic window and complete with a dining table, a Scandinavian wood stove, cable TV, a flat screen television, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player. This area opens directly onto a large south-facing and east-facing balcony, offering magnificent panoramic views of the mountains, the valley, and the resort. An additional open lounge area, also featuring a Scandinavian wood stove, provides a cosy retreat within the apartment.
The sleeping accommodation is distributed across 3 bedrooms. The first is a large double bedroom featuring 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the balcony. The second double bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable option for an additional guest. The 2 bathrooms consist of a bath with WC and a separate shower with WC, ensuring convenience for all guests.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The open kitchen is outfitted with a comprehensive selection of appliances, including an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, an electric kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a pizza oven. Please be aware that capsules for the coffee machine, specifically Illy brand capsules, are available at an extra charge. The living area benefits from a fireplace in the form of 2 Scandinavian wood stoves, one in the main living and dining room and one in the open lounge, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The apartment is kept comfortably warm throughout by an underfloor heating system, ensuring heat is available at all times.
