This 3-room vacation rental, known as "Holz," extends across 51 m2 on the upper ground floor and is designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, arranged in a thoughtful and practical layout that was fully renovated in 2018 with tasteful and cosy furnishings throughout. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads to the various living spaces. The 1st bedroom is a double bedroom furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The living and dining room offers additional sleeping flexibility through 1 sofabed and provides direct access to a small balcony of 4 m2, where balcony furniture is available for your enjoyment and where you can take in beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The single bathroom is configured as a shower and WC. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living area, creating a convivial and functional space ideal for families and small groups alike.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
