The living and dining area is fitted with simple, functional furnishings and features a curtained sleeping area housing 1 bunk bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for 2 guests. This space also offers direct access to the balcony. A separate alcove, also screened by a curtain, contains 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is equipped with electric shutters for added comfort and privacy, with its own access to the south-facing balcony. It is important to note that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove. The apartment includes a small but well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate WC. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
