The apartment is filled with natural light and features comfortable, high-quality furnishings throughout, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere with marvellous views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.

The generous living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, complete with an open-hearth fireplace and cable television, and opens directly onto a furnished balcony where guests can enjoy the panoramic scenery. The first bedroom is a large room fitted with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private bathroom. The remaining 2 bedrooms each feature 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm width and 200 cm in length. A shower room with WC serves these 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is large and open in design, fully equipped to meet all culinary needs.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Very traditional chalet accommodation including spectacular views from the chalet. Excellent location, with nice and modern appliances in the kitchen, very comfortable bedrooms and apartment including TV, very useful basement parking including elevator to all floors, walkable distance to the ski slopes.
