A separate WC serves the common areas of the apartment. The open kitchen is fully fitted and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A private terrace of 22 m2 and a large garden of 160 m2 complete the outdoor space, both furnished with terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation.

Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
