Villa Capalbio is a beautiful vacation villa in the splendid coastal town of Capalbio, in Tuscany’s Grosseto province.
Surrounded by the Maremma’s characteristic natural scenery, this house is ideal for a relaxing vacation.
The bright, welcoming interiors offer all amenities and are furnished in Tuscan country style. The villa can accommodate up to 8/12 people in its 5 comfortable bedrooms.
Outside, the large garden is rich with plants and olive trees, with a beautiful pool equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for guests’
exclusive use: it is the perfect place for relaxing on hot summer days, as an alternative to the splendid beaches of the nearby Tuscan
coast.
For guests of the villa to enjoy there is also a ping pong table and small soccer field, as well as an area equipped with barbecue, tables
and chairs for dining outside.
The owners live in an annex on property grounds (with private access and spaces), and are always available to help guests with anything
they may need.
The villa is an excellent base for exploring the Tuscan coast and Maremma, with all area beach and tourist attractions within a few
kilometer’s radius.

large umbrellas and a relaxing hammock; gazebo; large portico with many lounge areas and tables for dining outside; veranda with glass

request, and if approved by the owners at the time of booking.

Interior Description

Ground floor: large living area with fireplace and 50-inch TV, dining room, well-equipped kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher,
microwave) with access to portico furnished with TV and large dining table, double bedroom, large bathroom with shower and sauna, bedroom with 2 single beds. On one side of the living area there is a staircase leading to a loft ideal for reading or listening to music.

First floor: master bedroom with double bed, 2 closets and en suite bathroom with whirpool bathtub and shower, and small staircase leading to the loft with small bookcase and chaise longue; single bedroom with access to the reading loft with single sofa bed. There is a bathroom with hydromassage shower between the two bedrooms.

A door separates the single bedroom from the suite. There is also access to the suite via an external staircase.
The suite (on the house’s first floor) is made up of a small living room with double double sofa bed and kitchen corner (4 burner cooktop, refrigerator), bathroom with shower and washing machine, small open space with tv and fireplace. A wooden staircase leads to a loft with double bed.

Lower ground floor access via the living room or from outside: large basement area with laundry area and full bathroom with shower.

There is air conditioning in all bedrooms.
