The kitchen is open plan and fitted with 4 hot plates and a freezer, allowing for convenient meal preparation within the shared living space. The single bathroom features a shower and WC, serving all guests throughout the stay. A partly roofed terrace of 14 m2 extends the living space outdoors, furnished with terrace furniture and offering a pleasant view of the sea.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
