The main living area is spacious and bright, featuring an open-plan design with a large living room fitted with a panoramic window, a Scandinavian wood stove, and a fully equipped open kitchen complete with a dining table and direct access to the balcony. The lower ground floor, accessible via a steep staircase, provides an exit to the garden along with a separate WC. On the upper floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms: the first is fitted with a French bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, while the second benefits from a panoramic window and a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, with a shared shower and WC serving this level. The second upper floor hosts a further double bedroom with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, accompanied by a bath and WC as well as an additional shower and WC. The top floor is dedicated to 2 rooms ideal for larger groups or families with children: the first contains a set of 2 bunk beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and a French bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, while the second room features a set of 3 bunk beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and a French bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, with a bath and WC completing this floor. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19. Je chalet est magnifique et très confortable. Il est vraiment prévu pour les groupes avec des enfants. Toutefois, je trouve que le propriétaire devrait s'arranger avec ses voisins pour le parking, au moins d'un véhicule, proche du chalet. Nous avons dû nous parquer au parking du village à 15 minutes à pied et négocier avec les voisins pour pouvoir garder une voiture proche du chalet. Les voisins nous ont expliqué que c'est une problème qu'ils ont depuis de nombreuses années avec les locataires de ce chalet. Je trouve que pour le prix que nous payons pour la location, une place de parking n'est pas un luxe. Au minimum cela devrait être indiqué clairement sur la réservation.
