A separate small room is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. From the living area, you have direct access to a 6 m2 balcony in a west-facing position, complete with balcony furniture and a marvellous view of the ocean.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
