Other Information
A tourist tax applies to all guests staying at Artemis and is collected on site. During the summer season with the SaastalCard, valid from 06.01 to 10.31, the tax amounts to CHF 11.00 per adult per day and CHF 5.50 per day for children aged 6 to 15.99 years. During the winter season with the SaastalCard, valid from 11.01 to 05.31, the tax is CHF 7.40 per adult per day and CHF 3.70 per day for children aged 6 to 15.99 years. All rates are subject to VAT at 8.1%. Please be aware that during peak season in July and August, check-in and check-out are only permitted on Saturdays. Guests who wish to travel with more than 1 pet are strongly requested to contact the landlord prior to booking.

The nearest bus stop and the valley station of the Hohsaas cable cars can both be reached within 5 to 10 minutes, providing convenient access to the surrounding mountain terrain. The village center is also in the immediate vicinity, where you will find various shopping options to meet your everyday needs. The area is exceptionally well served for outdoor enthusiasts, with bike trails, curling, tennis, ski and hiking areas, cross-country ski trails, and toboggan runs all close at hand. Looking ahead, the local offering is set to expand further with a new pump track opening in summer 2025 and a new ice rink scheduled to open in autumn 2025, adding even more recreational possibilities for guests of all ages.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
