House Rustica is a non-smoking property, and guests are kindly requested to respect this rule throughout their stay. The apartment is offered on a fully inclusive basis, with bed linen, bath towels, kitchen cloths, heating, warm water, electricity, and final cleaning all included in the rental. Parking is also included and is conveniently located nearby. Holiday taxes apply and are charged per person per day. During the summer season, running from 01.06. to 31.10., the rate is CHF 7 per adult and CHF 3.50 per child aged 6 to 15.99 years. During the winter season, from 01.11. to 31.05., the rate is CHF 4.50 per adult and CHF 2.25 per child aged 6 to 15.99 years.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
