A local holiday tax applies to all guests staying at the property. During the summer season, running from 01.06. to 31.10., the tax is CHF 7 per adult and CHF 3.50 per child aged 6 to 15.99 years, per day. During the winter season, from 01.11. to 31.05., the applicable rates are CHF 4.50 per adult and CHF 2.25 per child aged 6 to 15.99 years, per day. Guests wishing to bring a pet are welcome to do so, subject to an additional daily fee per animal.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
