The apartment includes 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, and another with a shower and toilet. Sleeping arrangements consist of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds measuring 2x100x190cm, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds measuring 2x90x190cm along with 1 trundle bed of 90x190cm, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, each measuring 2x90x190cm. For families travelling with young children, a baby cot measuring 70x140cm with bed linen, a travel crib with bed linen, and a highchair are all available. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
