The bedroom accommodates a double bed measuring 160x200cm and a bunk bed with 2 sleeping spaces of 90x200cm each, which can be separated from the living area by a folding door, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. A bathroom with shower and WC completes the interior layout. Seamlessly integrated throughout the apartment, WiFi connectivity is provided at no additional cost, ensuring guests remain connected throughout their stay. The rental price inclusively covers electricity, heating, water, two garage parking spaces, kitchen and bathroom towels, an initial supply of bed linen, final cleaning, and visitor's tax.
