The property offers 4 bedrooms in total: 1 bedroom on the first floor with 2 pushed-together single beds (2x90x190cm), and on the second floor, 1 bedroom with 2 pushed-together single beds (2x90x190cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90x190cm), and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90x190cm) and a baby cot. All bedrooms are equipped with a washbasin, and the second floor also features 1 bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, while the first floor offers 1 separate toilet. A baby cot (60x110cm, excluding bed linen) and a highchair are available for families travelling with young children. Seamless connectivity is ensured throughout the property thanks to WiFi, allowing you to stay effortlessly connected during your mountain retreat.

The chalet is situated in the basement level with a dedicated storage room for skis and sports equipment, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine available for common use, ensuring practicality and convenience throughout your stay. The second floor connects 2 of the bedrooms to one another, offering a flexible arrangement particularly well suited to families or groups travelling together. The rental includes electricity, heating, water, use of the washing machine, WiFi, the baby cot (60x110cm, excluding bed linen), the highchair, kitchen and bathroom towels, an initial supply of bed linen, final cleaning, and visitor's tax. Items not included in the rental price are filter coffee and capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine, as well as telephone calls. Pets are welcome at this property. Please be aware that in most properties only 1 pet, typically 1 dog, is permitted. Additional or different animals must be requested and confirmed prior to booking. 3 open parking spaces are available directly in front of the house at no additional cost. During winter, a 4x4 vehicle or snow chains are required to access the property. As an alternative, you may leave your car at the beginning of the 300-metre-long access road.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
