A refundable damage deposit of CHF 250 per apartment is required. Holiday taxes apply and vary according to the season: during the summer period, from 01.06. to 31.10., the applicable rate is CHF 7 per day for adults and CHF 3.50 per day for children aged 6 to 15.99 years. During the winter period, from 01.11. to 31.05., the rate is CHF 4.50 per day for adults and CHF 2.25 per day for children aged 6 to 15.99 years.
