On the raised ground floor, you are welcomed into a spacious and bright living and dining room featuring a wooden table, a corner sofa, a chimney, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a radio. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, a fondue and raclette set, a toaster, and a wide variety of additional kitchen equipment, along with a small wooden table and direct access to the terrace. A separate toilet completes the raised ground floor. On the 1st floor, you will find 4 bedrooms: one with 2 pushed-together single beds measuring 2x90x200cm, one with a grand-lit measuring 160x200cm, and 2 further bedrooms each with 1 single bed measuring 1x90x200cm and 1x90x190cm respectively. This floor also features 1 bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, 1 bathroom with a shower without toilet, and 1 separate toilet. On the 2nd floor, 3 additional bedrooms are available: one with a double bed measuring 2x90x200cm, one small bedroom with 2 pushed-together single beds measuring 2x90x200cm, and one bedroom with 1 single bed measuring 90x190cm, all served by 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Wireless internet connectivity via WiFi is included throughout the property, keeping you seamlessly connected during your stay. A baby cot measuring 60x120cm, excluding bed linen, as well as a highchair, are also available upon request.

Other Information

The rental includes electricity, heating, water, use of the washing machine located in the dedicated laundry room, WiFi, a baby cot measuring 60x120cm excluding bed linen, a highchair, bed linen, an initial supply of kitchen and bathroom towels, final cleaning, and the local visitor's tax. Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee, and firewood are not included in the rental price, with the exception of a first-time wood supply provided for the initial firing of the chimney. Pets are not permitted at this property. Please be aware that access to the chalet is exclusively via staircases, with approximately 60 steps leading from the parking area up to the entrance of the property.
