The 1 bedroom accommodates up to 3 guests with 1 double bed measuring 2x90x200cm and 1 single bed measuring 90x200cm, while the bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and toilet. The apartment is a strictly non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Included in the rental are electricity, heating, water, 1 covered parking space, WiFi, a baby cot measuring 70x140cm including bed linen, a highchair, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen as an initial supply, final cleaning, and the visitor's tax. The washing machine and tumble dryer, located on the ground floor, are available on request and subject to an additional charge per wash. Firewood for the swedish oven and capsules for the Martello coffee machine are not included in the rental price but can be purchased directly from the owners, with the exception of the wood supply required for the first-time firing of the oven, which is included. Filter coffee and capsules for the Martello coffee machine are also not included and are to be provided by guests. As a thoughtful additional service, the owners offer complimentary transport to and from Zweisimmen train station on the day of arrival and departure, available upon request.
