The studio accommodates 1 bedroom area featuring a double bed complete with bedside tables and lamps, as well as neck pillows for added comfort. A wardrobe provides ample storage, while a table with 2 chairs, a sideboard stocked with books and board games, and a TV and radio complete the main living area. The studio shares its entrance with the owners of the property. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fume hood, fridge, coffee machine, water heater, toaster, and many additional items to support a comfortable stay. Basic pantry supplies including oil, vinegar, spices, household paper, sponges, coffee machine pads, and a selection of teas are also provided. The 1 bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror cabinet, hairdryer, and a heated towel radiator. Toilet paper, soap, and other essential toiletries are provided at the start of your stay, along with shower and hand towels. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
