"Egger" is a charming 4-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering approximately 110 m2 of living space and accommodating a maximum of 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room furnished with 1 sofabed and a dining table, alongside a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a cosy dining nook. A separate WC is also located on this level. On the upper floor, 1 double bedroom is available, complete with its own shower and satellite TV. A walk-through room offers flexible sleeping arrangements with 1 sofabed and 1 double bed, along with a hand-basin. A third, smaller room features 1 french bed and a shower, and provides direct access to the balcony. A second separate WC completes the upper floor. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
