On the upper floor, you will find 3 additional bedrooms: 2 of these rooms each feature 1 double bed and a hand-basin, with one of them offering direct access to the balcony, while the third room is furnished with 1 double bed. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
