The apartment features partly sloping ceilings throughout, lending it a characteristically cosy and practical atmosphere, with furnishings that are both functional and welcoming. The open living and dining room, also with sloping ceilings, serves as the central gathering space of the apartment and flows naturally into the surrounding areas. An open kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a small dining table ideal for casual meals. A separate WC is also available within the apartment. The first of the 4 bedrooms is a double bedroom with sloping ceilings and its own en-suite shower and WC. The second bedroom is equally a double room with sloping ceilings and is also fitted with a private shower and WC. The third bedroom contains 1 sofabed and 1 double bed and is served by a bath and WC. The fourth bedroom likewise features 1 sofabed and 1 double bed and includes a shower.
