On the upper floor, 1 bedroom features 1 single bed and 1 double bed, accompanied by a private shower and WC. On the 2nd upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, 1 bedroom with a rooflight is equipped with 1 single bed and a hand-basin. This same level also offers 2 additional bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed and a private shower and WC. The kitchen and living room area includes a dining table and provides direct access to one of the 2 balconies available in the property. A separate shower and WC are also found within the apartment. The flooring throughout is carpet, and both balconies benefit from favorable orientations, one facing south and one facing east. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
