This level also includes an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a dining table ideal for shared meals. A shower and WC are also located on this floor, providing all essential facilities in a compact and well-organised space. On the top floor, a small living room with sloping ceilings offers an additional relaxing retreat, adding a sense of character and charm to the overall layout of the apartment.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
