The living and dining area features an open-hearth fireplace, used solely for decorative purposes, along with a dining table and a flat-screen satellite TV. From this space, you have direct access to the terrace. A separate kitchen, fully equipped and also fitted with a dining table, provides a second exit to the terrace. The first bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom offers a flexible sleeping arrangement, featuring 1 single bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that the total number of sleeping options available exceeds the maximum capacity of 6 guests, which may under no circumstances be exceeded. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC. The property enjoys a remarkable view of the bay and Mont St. Michel.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
