On the ground floor, the living and dining area forms the heart of the home, complete with an open-hearth fireplace intended purely for decorative purposes, a dining table, and direct access to the covered terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level and opens seamlessly to the living space. A shower room with a separate WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the remaining 2 bedrooms each feature 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A full bathroom with WC serves the upper floor. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
