On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room is equipped with a flat screen satellite TV, radio, CD player, and DVD player, and opens directly onto the terrace and swimming pool area. Also on this level, 1 bedroom features a dressing room, 1 single bed measuring 80 cm by 200 cm, and 1 double bed, and is served by a private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, as well as a flat screen satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen and a separate WC complete the ground floor layout.

On the first upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are each furnished with 1 double bed and a private bathroom with bath and WC, and both rooms feature a flat screen satellite TV. One of these bedrooms offers direct access to the terrace.
