The upper floor, accessible via an open staircase, hosts a second living area with its own satellite TV and a private exit to the terrace. The first bedroom on this floor is fitted with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm, a private bath and WC, electric heating, air conditioning, and a direct exit to the terrace. The second bedroom features 2 beds, a private bath and WC, electric heating, air conditioning, and terrace access.
