A fully equipped kitchen with its own dining table also opens onto the garden and is complemented by a shower and WC on the same level. The upper floor, accessible via an open staircase, hosts a second living area with its own satellite TV and a private exit to the terrace. The first bedroom on this floor is fitted with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm, a private bath and WC, electric heating, air conditioning, and a direct exit to the terrace. The second bedroom features 2 beds, a private bath and WC, electric heating, air conditioning, and terrace access. The third bedroom is equally appointed with 2 beds, a private bath and WC, electric heating, air conditioning, and its own exit to the terrace. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
