On the main level, you will find a generous living and dining area arranged across 2 levels, furnished with a dining table and offering direct access to the terrace. This floor also features 1 bedroom with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a cooking island, with a direct exit to the garden. A shower and WC are also located on this level.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 additional bedroom with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This level includes its own kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a kettle, and a freezer, along with a dining table and a direct exit to the garden. It is important to note that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, this annex will not be available for use, and there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
