The "Luxner" is a 3-room vacation rental apartment of 65 m2, situated on the 2nd floor and thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment features 2 double bedrooms with rustic furnishings that lend a warm and characterful atmosphere throughout the space. The kitchen and living room are combined into a single welcoming area, complete with a dining nook and a sofabed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for your stay. A single shower and WC bathroom serves the apartment. The living area opens directly onto a private balcony furnished with outdoor furniture, from which you can enjoy a marvellous view of the mountains. Please be aware that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping options are available than the maximum occupancy of 4 persons allows. When fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

The kitchen is well equipped to support comfortable self-catering, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Entertainment is provided through a flat-screen satellite TV with television programming available in the living area. The apartment benefits from oil heating to ensure warmth throughout your stay, and a barbecue is also available for outdoor use. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
