The remaining 2 bedrooms are double rooms, each providing a comfortable and private retreat for guests. The kitchen and living room is a welcoming, multifunctional space equipped with a sofabed and a dining nook, making it ideal for both relaxed meals and social gatherings, and it too opens onto the balcony. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
