The fourth bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds sleeping 2, along with a flat screen satellite TV, and also benefits from access to the balcony.
The kitchen and living room is a combined, convivial space furnished with a dining table and equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a flat screen satellite TV, with direct access to the balcony. A separate shower and WC serves the common areas of the apartment. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
